Resort Apartment Rates

• Rates are per room per night, valid to 31 March 2010 and subject to change
• Rates are in Australia Dollars (Currency Converter)
• High Season: 24 June 2009 to 31st October 2009
• Low Season: 01 April 2009 to 23 June 2009 and 01 November 2009 to 31 March 2010
• A minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights applies (1-2 nights on request for standard studios)
• For stays of 6 days or more a mid-week service is provided. Daily servicing is available on request (extra charge)
• Check-in 2.00pm. Check-out 10.00am
• 2 bedroom apartments available on request
• Children under 15 years of age are not catered for

• Studio Superior - Private jacuzzi in courtyard or pool deck access
  
• 1 Bedroom Superior - Direct access to pool or heated jacuzzi on balcony
  
• Honeymoon Standard - Jacuzzi on balcony
  
• Honeymoon Deluxe - Private jacuzzi in courtyard and pool deck access
  

Payments

Payment of accommodation or sundry accounts can be made in cash, VisaCard, MasterCard, or Amex (2% surcharge). While in residence, a room account for tours, telephone calls, transfers etc. will be held until the end of your stay. A pre-authority (swipe) of your credit card will be required as security.

To secure your booking we require 1 nights accommodation as a deposit. This can be in either a cheque, money order or credit card. Please note that a booking held pending a deposit is payable within 7 days. Should payment not be received the booking will automatically cancel.

Check In And Check Out

Check in time is 2pm on the day of arrival. Should the apartment be available an early check-in can be arranged on the day. Check out time is 10.00am on day of departure. Late check out can be arranged, subject to availability. Lugggage can be stored for you by the friendly staff.

Cancellations

Cancellations are to be advised in writing by mail, fax or E-mail. Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to date of arrival will be refunded in full, less $50.00 administration fees. For cancellations received less than 30 days prior to date of stay, payments will only be refunded if the apartment can be re-let.

Cleaning And Linen

Apartments are not serviced on a daily basis. For stays of 6 days or more a mid-week service will be provided. For longer stays, apartments will be serviced approximately every 4 days. Should you require a daily service, this can be arranged on request (extra charge).

Transfers

Airport transfers can be arranged the cost is $33 per person one-way on a Shuttle Bus, or what about travelling in comfort with a Sedan Limousine (2 people $160 one-way). Luggage is not a problem, and champagne can be ordered (at additional charge) for your scenic trip to Port Douglas. If you require this service please advise flight details and time of arrival.

Children
